We deal in both furnished and unfurnished lettings.
Tenants are warned that all applications will undergo a full reference and security check as well as a Credit bureau profile check. We also adopt a zero tolerance to slow and non-payers. Should rental payments not be made on the 1st day of each month we will immediately list the defaulting tenants name on the ITC credit bureau network as a slow payer. Non payment of rentals will result in the immediate eviction of the defaulting tenant and loss of his/her security deposit as well as a black listing of his/her name.
Property World offers two types of rental services – Procurement only and full management.

This is the hassle-free option for landlords with Property World taking control of your property from the beginning to the end. After the tenant has been secured and deposit and first month rental paid we will ensure that all fees are timorously paid into your bank account. Please note that Property World has to comply with all the laws relating to the Renting of property.
Once the tenant is in place Property World will do regular inspections, attend to maintenance of the property, and ensure that the rental is paid and transferred into your account timorously and take the necessary action on all late payments. Here our fees are 12% ex VAT from the collected monthly rentals.
